IKHAYA AFRICA is a wholesale business – we do not sell directly to the public.

Customers are responsible for organising the transport of their purchased products.
IKHAYA AFRICA can also quote and arrange a courier on your behalf. The total cost of the courier company will then be added to your invoice. This charge will include VAT and insurance costs on request.
For international customers, IKHAYA AFRICA can assist in the arrangement of air freight or shipping; if requested, a quote including all charges, taxes and import duties applicable for the delivery of your product from South African to any international destination will be supplied.
R E T U R N S
Please inspect all your goods immediately on arrival and report any damages to items or defective shipments, including images of the damage being reported, within 48 (forty-eight) hours to IKHAYA AFRICA via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
IKHAYA AFRICA reserves the right to discern whether or not an item is damaged and if the damage occurred during shipping. IKHAYA AFRICA takes great care in packaging and shipping your order however a third party courier/shipping company is contracted and from time to time damage does occur that it outside of IKHAYA AFRICA's control.
If you require a refund rather than a repair or replacement of the defective/damaged product, IKHAYA AFRICA will make payment within 30 (thirty) days of the return of the item/s, or such longer period as agreed to by IKHAYA AFRICA.
If on receipt of the product by IKHAYA AFRICA it is determined the product is not defective or damaged, IKHAYA AFRICA will not replace the product nor refund you the purchase price. You will be liable for any costs incurred by IKHAYA AFRICA in respect of the return.
